Less as a Cleaning Host, where you will ensure a safe, clean environment while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain cleanliness standards while engaging warmly with gym members and guests.

The Fit4

Less Host role focuses on daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to uphold the club's reputability. You will contribute to a friendly atmosphere by educating members about services and handling inquiries. Collaboration is key as well as following guidelines to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure high standards

• Interact with members in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Maintain workout floor cleanliness according to established guidelines

• Report and address cleaning deficiencies promptly

• Promote memberships and educate on amenities and services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or in progress

• 1 year minimum teamwork or volunteer experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• WHMIS and First Aid certifications required

• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
