We are seeking a Cleaner dedicated to maintaining high hygiene standards in our vibrant residential community. In this position, your routine will involve sweeping, vacuuming, and washing common areas, ensuring they are pristine. You'll also respond to cleaning work requests and participate in seasonal snow removal as part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine cleaning tasks like dusting and mopping

• Sanitize shared facilities and laundry rooms

• Handle waste disposal responsibly during cleaning

• Address cleaning requests from property management

• Undertake occasional deep cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred

• Comfortable performing physical tasks

• Basic English verbal skills must be demonstrated

• Successful completion of a criminal record check required
