Condominium Cleaner / Handyman (Part-time)

The cleaner/handymanis responsible for the cleanliness of the property common areas, offices and exterior elements. The personnelreports to maintenance supervisor or the property manager and works closely with the maintenance staff.

• Must have a vehicle to get to site quickly or live close by with 15 min.
• Must have excellent communication skills (English)
• Weekend work will be required.
• Location is 555 Brittany Drive
• Part-time position to start but potential to grow into full-time work if performance is good and can work with our team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Cleans all elements of the property, restrooms, laundry rooms,and property common areas on a defined schedule
• Reports any maintenance problems to the supervisor
• Performs job duties using safety guidelines and reports obstacles to doing so
• Performs other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
:

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used to perform job duties
• Snow removal is a must and being able to push/lift heavy equipment

EDUCATION /

EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred
