In this position, you will take on essential cleaning duties at Homestead Land Holdings Limited. Regularly engage in sweeping, mopping, and keeping elevators, fitness rooms, and laundry areas clean. Weekend shifts every other week support ongoing cleanliness for residents. Your diligence will play a part in maintaining high standards throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain elevators, lounges, and fitness rooms

• Perform tenant unit cleaning post-vacancy, focusing on kitchens and bathrooms

• Sweep and mop general areas as required

• Manage winter snow removal tasks

• Carry out other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience preferred

• Capable of lifting 20 kg safely

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Adherence to safe cleaning practices

• Required reference and criminal background checks
