Position: Cleaning Supervisor at Dexterra Group
Lead a dynamic team as a Cleaning Supervisor with Dexterra Group, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with health standards. This role emphasizes budget management and staff training in a vibrant work culture.

As a Cleaning Supervisor reporting to the Manager, you will oversee cleaning operations, manage employee tasks, and maintain quality standards within budget constraints. You will conduct inspections, provide training for new hires, and implement health & safety protocols while ensuring employees have the appropriate safety equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control budgeted hours for the facility

• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to cleaning staff

• Inspect work regularly to meet performance standards

• Train new cleaning personnel on procedures

• Maintain accurate records of employee timekeeping

Requirements:

• 2 years' supervisory experience in a large facility

• Experience in a unionized environment preferred

• Strong management of multiple priorities

• Flexible working hours including weekends

• Clear criminal background check required
