Supervisor of Janitorial Services GDI

GDI Services seeks an experienced Supervisor to manage its janitorial staff, ensuring top-notch service and adherence to safety protocols. This full-time position operates from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

With over 30,000 team members across the U.S. and Canada, you will play a crucial role in training janitorial staff and overseeing their day-to-day operations. Your expertise will help to enforce safety standards, resolve employee relations issues, and ensure that all client quality expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train the janitorial team on site

• Organize and assign work shifts effectively

• Address and manage performance issues swiftly

• Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards

• Respond to customer concerns with urgency

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in janitorial supervision

• Excellent detail orientation and judgment

• High integrity to promote a trustworthy team

• Must pass a Criminal Background Check

• Experience with safety policy enforcement
