You will work closely with the General Manager or designated staff, handling maintenance requests and ensuring hotel facilities are in pristine condition. This position demands a proactive candidate with a friendly demeanor and the ability to learn new skills quickly. Engage with guests while participating in a culture of fun and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain hotel property and facilities to exceed standards
• Repair and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly
• Execute preventative maintenance on guest rooms and equipment
• Log work details and maintain equipment
• Handle emergency alerts like fire alarms effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in a trade related to building maintenance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility for varied schedules including weekends
• Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus
