As a Maintenance Staff member at Muskoka Woods, you will contribute to the upkeep of our picturesque environment on Lake Rosseau. This role involves working with a dedicated team to keep all areas—including accommodations and grounds—well-maintained. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and the desire to make a positive impact on visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of public areas
• Carry out essential lawn care tasks regularly
• Assist with firewood and snow removal duties
• Engage in upkeep and facility preparations
• Attend staff meetings and training during the season
Requirements:
• Strong commitment to service and safety
• Must have own steel-toed shoes for work
• Ability to lift and maneuver weights between 10-30 lbs
• Operate effectively in early shifts
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
