Cleaner Position

This full-time Cleaner position involves maintaining cleanliness in hallways, elevators, and community spaces. You'll be responsible for cleaning tenant units after they become vacant, ensuring all areas are prepared and polished. Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean elevators, lounges, and fitness rooms

• Prepare tenant units upon vacancy, including kitchen and bathroom cleanliness

• Perform winter snow removal tasks

• Ensure compliance with established safety cleaning practices

• Address additional cleaning duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to safely lift up to 20 kg

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Commitment to effective and safe work practices

• Mandatory reference check and criminal record clearance required
