Property Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of Maintenance Technicians in service tasks

• Address and resolve in-suite and common area maintenance issues

• Conduct thorough inspections of property grounds and equipment

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness

• Document maintenance activities regularly and accurately

Requirements:

• GED or High School diploma required

• Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience

• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Skills with hand and power tools

• Ability to work on-call and flexible hours
