This role focuses on proactive general management and maintenance oversight of multiple properties. As a Property Operations Manager, you’ll be relied on to ensure a high level of service and timely responsiveness to resident needs and maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs at properties
• Provide top-tier customer service to residents
• Conduct inspections and resolve maintenance deficiencies
• Complete in-suite repairs and turnover activities
• Maintain clean and organized work environments
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in property maintenance or related field
• Skilled in basic trades like carpentry and electrical work
• Ability to work on-call during nights and weekends
• Knowledge of local building regulations and safety procedures
