Your responsibilities include mentoring other managers, conducting repairs, and enhancing overall living experiences. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive community atmosphere while responding to maintenance emergencies and overseeing inspections to uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure superior resident cooperation and support
• Manage maintenance requests and emergency situations
• Mentor Building Managers through training sessions
• Conduct regular inspections of sites for maintenance needs
• Facilitate move-in/move-out inspections and procedures
Requirements:
• Proven background in building management
• Strong hands-on maintenance skills
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to respond to emergencies on-site
