In the role of Area Cleaning Supervisor, you will report to the Regional Manager - Operations and supervise cleaning activities across various locations. Key responsibilities include ensuring high service levels, coordinating staff replacements, and responding to emergencies. You'll also inspect facilities for safety and cleanliness while ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities
• Maintain service continuity and replace staff as needed
• Respond efficiently to operational requests and emergencies
• Track inventory and inspect facilities for standards
• Review daily site evaluations for compliance
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a Cleaning or Service-related role
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Fluency in English, bilingual skills preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
