Become a pivotal figure at Rhapsody as a Maintenance Supervisor in Ottawa, leading property management for a zero-carbon residential development. Drive excellence in maintenance services through hands-on leadership and problem-solving.

In this Maintenance Supervisor role, you'll report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring smooth property operations. You will supervise and mentor Assistant Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. Your efforts will significantly impact resident satisfaction and community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of property maintenance needs

• Supervise maintenance teams to ensure timely completion

• Oversee inspections for quality assurance

• Document and manage maintenance deficiencies

• Handle turnover and repair requests efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience

• Supervisory experience of at least 2 years

• Skilled in using various maintenance tools

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work
