Position: Housekeeping Staff for Senior Care
Riverstone Retirement Communities is seeking a Housekeeper to uphold the highest cleanliness standards and ensure the health and safety of our residents. This role requires compassion and diligence.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in healthcare. You will maintain cleanliness in assigned resident and common areas, ensuring vital safety and infection control measures are followed. Your adaptability and positive demeanor will enhance team dynamics and resident satisfaction, making a real difference in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sanitize bathrooms and common areas efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility consistently

• Prepare suites for incoming residents as needed

• Dispose of waste and handle dirty laundry properly

• Report maintenance issues and safety risks promptly

Requirements:

• Two or more years of housekeeping experience

• Teamwork capabilities and strong communication

• Ability to adapt to changing work situations

• Interest in supporting seniors’ quality of life

• Grade 12 education minimum
