Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations—ensuring our locations are clean, safe, and fully functional for every customer who enters.

- Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections of the property.
- Ensure common areas, entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds remain clean, safe, and presentable.
- Identify and report damaged equipment, safety hazards, cleanliness concerns, or other deficiencies.
- Replace basic supplies and keep storage and work areas organized.
- Place signage, barriers, or safety cones when required.
- Monitor equipment and facilities for visible signs of damage or malfunction.
- Submit maintenance requests and follow up with management, contractors, or service providers.
- Maintain accurate inspection and incident records.
- Assist customers, visitors, and employees with general site-related questions.
- Support seasonal upkeep activities, such as monitoring snow and ice conditions.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High degree of attention to detail
- Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw, screwdriver, trimmer, etc.)
- Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision
- Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract
