Part-Time Hotel Maintenance

We are currently seeking a hard-working, reliable, and versatile Maintenance Person to join our hotel team.

Experience in hotel or apartment maintenance is an asset, but we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

• General cleaning and upkeep of the property
• General repairs and maintenance
• Basic electrical knowledge and repairs
• Basic plumbing knowledge and repairs
• Troubleshooting and addressing maintenance issues
• Assisting with a variety of property maintenance needs
• Other duties as required — responsibilities are not limited to one specific area

• Previous hotel, apartment, building, or general maintenance experience is an asset
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable, dependable, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
• Availability to work weekends when required

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
