In collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor, you will facilitate timely and effective responses to resident requests at the Voda/Rive/Aalto properties. This role requires overseeing a maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety practices, and delivering quality maintenance services. Your problem-solving abilities will be essential in tackling complex issues amid a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise Maintenance Technicians for efficient service
• Ensure timely resolution of resident maintenance requests
• Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
• Organize maintenance areas and enforce safety standards
• Document all maintenance actions and respond during emergencies
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in maintenance or similar field
• Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance tasks
• Safe use of maintenance tools and equipment
• Willingness to work on a rotating on-call schedule
