In this full-time position, reporting to the Regional Manager - Operations, you will supervise cleaning operations across various job sites. Responsibilities include maintaining service quality, inspecting facilities, and managing staff compliance with safety protocols. You'll also need to respond swiftly to operational requests and manage inventories effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff to ensure quality cleaning services
• Respond to operational requests and emergencies efficiently
• Inspect facilities to meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Review team compliance with BGIS policies and procedures
• Maintain work schedules based on client needs
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a relevant Cleaning or Service role
• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
