In this janitorial position, you will uphold high standards of cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and washing various surfaces, including bathrooms and common areas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and stairs

• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily

• Stripping, waxing, and steam cleaning as required

• Assist in monitoring maintenance issues and reporting defects

• Collect and dispose of garbage daily

Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions and work autonomously

• Proficiency with cleaning tools and equipment

• Must have own transportation

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
