Join GDI Services as a Heavy Duty Cleaner, focusing on maintaining cleanliness across facilities. This role involves various cleaning tasks, requiring attention to detail and independent work.
In this position, you'll be responsible for cleaning hard floor surfaces, carpets, and washrooms while ensuring that common areas and offices are well-maintained. You'll utilize a range of cleaning tools and equipment, contributing to GDI's high standards of facility maintenance. The ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in both buildings is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and stairs
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily
• Wash windows and interior surfaces when required
• Collect and remove garbage to designated areas
• Monitor and report defects to supervisors
Requirements:
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must have own transportation
• Attention to detail in service delivery
• High energy and endurance for cleaning tasks
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
