Responsibilities include institutional cleaning techniques, floor care equipment, documentation, and resident-focused practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean areas according to assigned schedules and sanitation procedures
- Clean resident apartments, fixtures, walls, ceilings, vents, and windows
- Operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment
- Strip, scrub, spray, and buff floor surfaces
- Transport garbage to designated areas
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of standard institutional cleaning techniques
- Experience with commercial, residential, healthcare cleaning, or laundry desirable
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
