Operate a 1.5-ton snow removal vehicle for Webber, supporting winter maintenance across designated roads, parking lots, roundabouts, and walkways.
As a Seasonal Equipment Operator, you will work under an Area Supervisor while clearing snow and ice. The position requires safe equipment operation, route adherence, weather monitoring, and accurate work records. Webber values communication, safety awareness, and practical equipment skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate 1.5-ton snow removal vehicles safely and efficiently
- Clear snow and ice from designated areas
- Complete equipment checks and report issues
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and priority areas
- Maintain work records and organized work areas
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and acceptable record
- Experience operating snow removal equipment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Availability for emergency rotations, evenings, weekends, and holidays
