- Operate a truck and tow its trailer safely
- Keep completed work safe and efficient
- Hands-on winter sidewalk maintenance or snow removal experience
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Safe truck and trailer towing ability
- Capacity to lift 50 pounds or more
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong crew leadership skills
