Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing Director for an established construction client in Ottawa. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing high-level strategies that drive lead generation, firm sales, and brand visibility. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive base salary, commissions, and benefits, based fully on-site in Ottawa. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an integrated sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Oversee the performance of sales and marketing teams, providing clear direction, mentorship, and accountability.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and ensure strong conversion rates through optimized campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and market presence to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies, community launches, and promotional plans.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Foster strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems, marketing tools, and reporting processes to support both departments’ success.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong track record in leading, training, and coaching high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, customer management platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for pricing, data analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in online marketing, e-commerce, and SEO is an asset.
