You will
lead by example, setting the standard for safety, quality, and customer service on every job site. Your experience and leadership will drive the success of our team as we respond to emergencies across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:Lead emergency response teams and manage restoration projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the restoration process.Train and mentor crew members, ensuring adherence to best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.Oversee daily operations, including equipment maintenance, safety checks, and inventory management.Coordinate and execute emergency mitigation efforts, including water, fire, mold, and other disaster recovery services.Perform hands-on tasks, including debris removal, equipment setup, and site preparation, while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.Collaborate closely with management to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:A minimum of 4 IICRC Certifications (or equivalent experience) with expertise in water, fire, and mold restoration.Industry Experience – At least 2-3 years of restoration/mitigation experience.Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams in the restoration or construction industry.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Knowledge of industry-specific tools and equipment, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain them.A valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License and a clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.Flexibility to work varied hours
