We’re looking for an Operations Manager to enhance efficiency across sales support, reporting, and warehouse functions while driving process improvement and digital integration.

• Oversee daily operations between Sales support and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Manage Sample Program
  , Service Requests
  , and Returns
  , ensuring timely coordination and accurate tracking.
• Develop and maintain digital dashboards and performance reports using Excel
  , Power BI
  , or similar tools.
• Support system accuracy and workflow improvements across Net Suite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM).
• Lead cross-department projects to streamline operations, reporting, and customer service.
• Work closely with warehouse leadership to monitor inventory accuracy, logistics, and fulfilment performance.

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, or sales support management.
• Experience with Net Suite
  , Salesforce
  , and digital reporting tools is a strong asset.
• Proven project management and process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
