Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program based in Carleton Place, ON. This training role is ideal for those eager to learn about business development and operations. Detailed mentorship ensures trainees are well-prepared to manage branches while establishing essential community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage hands-on learning experiences in operations
• Serve customers and uphold the Enterprise brand
• Develop skills in finance and marketing
• Build relationships within the community
• Lead and grow your own team
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• 6 months of sales or team leadership experience
• Class G or G2 driver’s license in Canada
• Must be work authorized in Canada without sponsorship
