CMHA Clinical Practice Leader

Become a key leader in mental health education at CMHA Ottawa as the Clinical Practice Leader. Empower staff and improve mental health services through effective training and professional development.

In this full-time, temporary role, you'll report to the Director of Specialized Services & Education and oversee the clinical education and workforce development framework. You will guide initiatives that enhance service delivery while promoting a culture of continuous learning. Your expert guidance will shape professional practice at one of Ottawa's top mental health organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate clinical education programs for staff

• Spearhead initiatives for continuous professional development

• Work alongside leaders to ensure high-quality client care

• Promote evidence-informed practices within the organization

• Enhance workforce capability through training and onboarding

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline

• At least five years of clinical leadership experience

• Strong understanding of mental health and addictions

• Experience in educational program development

• Commitment to an inclusive, diverse workplace
