Key Responsibilities:
• Manage restoration teams and oversee project quality
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance
• Mentor crew members on safety protocols

• Execute emergency mitigation strategies effectively
Requirements:
• 2 IICRC Certifications or equivalent
• 2-3 years in restoration/mitigation roles
• Proven team leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Clean Ontario G-Class Driver’s License
