TD Manager, Compliance Risk Execution

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role focuses on the execution and maintenance of compliance risk assessments across TD. You will engage with various teams to ensure an effective workflow, support quality assurance efforts, and develop robust reporting mechanisms for management. The position also includes evaluating controls, identifying risks, and guiding improvements based on assessment results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of the Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessment Program

• Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance

• Collaborate with Compliance teams for timely updates

• Create detailed status and management reports

• Develop strategies for successful risk assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in Compliance or Risk Management

• Expertise in governance and risk compliance tools

• Demonstrated leadership in complex projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Undergraduate degree required; relevant advanced education preferred
