Director of Workday Product Evolution

Lead the advancement of Workday at CBC/Radio-Canada as the Director of Product Evolution. Shape enterprise People & Culture technology through strategic enhancements and team leadership in this hybrid role.

Reporting to the Executive Director, People Systems & Analytics, this bilingual position requires a visionary leader with extensive Workday experience. You will drive the product evolution roadmap while managing a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Product Owners. Your expertise will ensure that Workday features align with organizational objectives and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Workday evolution roadmap and prioritize enhancements

• Lead evaluation and deployment of new Workday features

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify scalable solutions

• Manage team capacity and optimize resource allocation

• Develop team skills in Workday and agile methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 7+ years of Workday platform experience

• 10+ years in leadership and cross-functional team management

• Proven track record in project ownership

• Bilingual in English and French
