As Supervisor, Warehouse & Transportation, you will lead staff and coordinate departmental objectives supporting company needs. Your responsibilities include productivity coaching, delivery budget communication, inventory management, facility maintenance, and safe work practices. Key Responsibilities:- Maintain effective staffing through recruiting and employee development
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to maintain productivity
- Communicate delivery budgets across daily and annual periods
- Coordinate warehouse communication with other departments
- Manage fleet operations and workplace safety programs
- Management experience within a distribution-oriented environment
- Ability to build high-performing work teams
- Ability to direct and motivate subordinates
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Criminal Record Check and driver’s licence required
