Lead elevator field operations in Ottawa with people management, safety compliance, and customer service as an Operations Manager at TK Elevator.
This full-time position oversees employee lifecycle activities, field labor, and support personnel. You will manage performance, development, assignments, budgets, and profitability while supporting repair delivery. The work requires elevator industry knowledge, stakeholder communication, and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee hiring, training, performance management, development, and departures
- Direct field labor and support personnel for repair delivery
- Conduct safety audits, meetings, training, and compliance enforcement
- Manage assignments, budgets, costs, resources, and profitability
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and resolve customer service issues
- Minimum five years of operational or field management experience
- Elevator industry or related technical field experience preferred
- Experience leading diverse teams and developing capabilities
- Knowledge of elevator codes, including CSA B44
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel around Ottawa
