Healthcare Program District Manager

Lead healthcare program delivery at Cencora through people management, client partnership, and field team performance oversight. This full-time role supports Innomar Strategies.

The District Manager manages FCM hiring, development, coaching, and operational readiness across patient support programs. You will set objectives and KPIs, guide strategic program execution, collaborate with client stakeholders, and monitor compliance. The position also connects team capability, customer experience, and resource planning within healthcare.

• Manage FCM hiring, performance reviews, development, and succession planning
• Train, mentor, motivate, and coach field-based FCM teams
• Set team objectives, KPIs, tools, and performance metrics
• Provide strategic guidance and oversee program milestones
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on program issues

• Minimum seven years in healthcare people and client management
• University science or healthcare degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical business principles and healthcare settings
• Valid, unrestricted, non-expired driver’s license
