About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Pension Solutions to lead the business unit’s strategy, go-to-market approach, financial performance, and execution. The role owns the unit’s revenue, costs, margins, operating plans, pricing, and investment decisions. Responsibilities include working with sales and marketing on market positioning and growth, partnering with product and engineering on roadmaps and delivery, and maintaining key customer and partner relationships.

The Vice President will also build and lead the leadership team, shape the organization, and establish effective planning and decision-making practices.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 15 years of directly relevant pension experience is required, along with substantial P&L ownership, a record of leading commercial functions, and strong sector knowledge, including familiarity with records and defined-benefit software markets. The role calls for fluency in software delivery, sound commercial and financial judgment, and experience hiring and leading senior teams.

Experience in state and local government markets, scaling established businesses or launching new ones, and working in matrixed organizations is preferred.
