Senior Business Resilience Manager

Lead enterprise crisis response remotely across Canada while applying business resilience expertise, incident management judgment, and executive communication skills.

This senior manager owns the crisis response program across technology, cybersecurity, product, and customer-impacting events. The work combines governance, response readiness, Incident Commander responsibilities, and people leadership. You will coordinate complex stakeholders, strengthen customer trust, and improve capabilities through exercises, training, and after-action reviews.

• Own crisis strategy, standards, plans, playbooks, and governance
• Serve designated on-call shifts and assume Incident Commander responsibilities
• Coordinate escalation paths, continuity support, and incident handoffs
• Prepare situation reports, executive briefings, and after-action reviews
• Hire, develop, and coach the Response Operations team

• 12+ years in crisis management, resilience, or technology operations leadership
• Experience in technology, SaaS, cloud, or security-product environments
• Experience owning corporate crisis or business resilience programs
• Excellent executive communication in sensitive, high-pressure situations
• Availability for Pacific Time hours and designated on-call coverage
