As Vice President, you will lead, coach, and develop business markets professionals supporting small business client retention, acquisition, and growth. You will optimize revenue, provide superior customer service, and implement strategic initiatives across the region. Success requires understanding small business financing challenges, financial industry dynamics, and client strategies. You will work closely with RBC partners while strengthening employee capability and engagement.
