Senior Account Management Leader

Lead Account Managers across Canada remotely, hybrid, or from Toronto while driving customer retention, expansion, and long-term value realization.

As Senior Manager, Account Management, you will guide team performance and segment outcomes, including renewal health, expansion, and customer engagement. You will partner strategically with Sales and CAM leadership while supporting customers’ business goals. Success requires coaching, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence.

• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and career development support
• Develop future leaders through succession planning
• Own segment-level renewal health and risk mitigation
• Prioritize resources across accounts for maximum impact
• Monitor expansion, renewal, customer health, and engagement metrics

• Lead five or more Account Managers or Sales Representatives
• More than two years managing teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence beyond direct reports
• Interest in AI-driven solutions and performance efficiencies
