District Manager Retail Operations

Lead multi-store retail operations for Mind Games across Ottawa, using sales leadership and performance management to strengthen regional results. This field-based position requires regular travel.

As District Manager, you will oversee Ottawa-area locations and surrounding territory for North America’s specialty retailer of games, puzzles, toys, and collectibles. The role focuses on financial goals, operational consistency, customer service, and Store Manager development. You will work with Head Office leadership to establish strategic goals and identify business opportunities.

• Achieve district sales, financial, and profitability objectives
• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations
• Coach Store Managers toward operational and sales performance
• Monitor KPIs, sales reports, and operational assessments
• Conduct regular store visits throughout the Ottawa region

• Minimum five years of retail experience
• Minimum three years of multi-store management experience
• Experience developing Store Managers and retail leadership teams
• Understanding of retail analytics, financial reporting, and performance management
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Ottawa and surrounding territory
