Job Summary

As an Electromechanical Technician at CCX Technologies, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, maintaining, and debugging a variety of electromechanical products. As part of the Production team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products while supporting the design, testing, and troubleshooting processes. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with both electrical and mechanical systems, coupled with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic cards, cable harnesses, and mechanical assemblies by reading and interpreting documents such as Drawings, Bill of Materials, Work Instructions, Test Procedures, etc.
  • Use basic hand tools as well as automatic machines for stripping, crimping, and soldering cable harnesses
  • Perform acceptance tests and calibration on production units using computers and other test equipment
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical failures from products returned from service
  • Perform Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing inspections of components and finished goods
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures
Qualifications
  • College degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and networking systems
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics and technical instructions
  • Hands‑on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electromechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Soldering (IPC Certification an asset)
