Mission Systems Production Planning Specialist

Join our Rotary and Mission Systems team as a Production Controller, focusing on optimizing production planning and quality assurance. This on-site position offers a compressed work week schedule.
As a Production Planning Specialist, you will manage production schedules aligned with demanding customer requirements. We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in production management, adept at leading teams, and experienced in ERP/MRP systems like SAP.

Your role will also involve troubleshooting production issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain production schedules based on forecasts

• Direct production teams and manage staff resources effectively

• Ensure timely material supply through procurement coordination

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team for standards adherence

• Report on production performance and identify trends
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in production management

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems

• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
