Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Innovative Technical Development Technologist will play a critical role in transforming production environments. Candidates should bring a blend of experience in polymer technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement new approaches to improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the introduction of new materials and processes
• Recommend production and equipment improvements
• Support training initiatives and develop SOPs
• Assess production metrics and suggest enhancements
• Diagnose processing and equipment challenges
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in corrugated pipes manufacturing
• At least 20 years in the plastics sector
• Qualification in polymer technology essential
• Proven success in project management efforts
• Experience in injection-moulding processes is an asset
