Join Solink as a Lead Full Stack Engineer, a hybrid role in Ottawa or Toronto. Utilize your expertise in Type Script and Node.js to drive AI agent platform innovation.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will lead architectural evolution, design production-grade services, and enable cross-functional team scalability. Collaborate with a high-velocity Agents team to define how AI agents drive business outcomes while enhancing security and operational efficiency. Your technical leadership will be critical in mentoring other engineers and influencing the architectural direction of Solink.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and evolve architecture for agent platforms
• Design scalable APIs and production-grade services
• Optimize reliability and scalability in AWS/EKS
• Drive observability strategy and metrics analysis
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction
Requirements:
• Extensive Type Script and Node.js experience
• Integrating LLMs/VLMs into production workflows
• Designing cloud-native systems in AWS
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems
• Ability to mentor senior engineers
