This senior role within Acacia's IC Design group requires your strong background in high-speed analog design for the fast-growing fiber optic market. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, you will drive the architecture and implementation of CMOS products while fostering a culture of improvement and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design efforts for high-speed mixed-signal components

• Mentor peers and manage project timelines

• Collaborate on ensuring signal and power integrity

• Engage in comprehensive peer review of IC designs

• Tackle challenging problems with innovative solutions

Requirements:

• 12 years experience with Bachelors, or 8 with Masters

• Expertise in high-speed IC design, simulation, and measurement

• Experienced with Cadence and related design tools

• Background in electrical transceivers and FinFET technology

• Laboratory experience and test setup construction
