Position: Manufacturing Buyer with MRP Expertise
Drive procurement success as a Buyer, focusing on raw materials and MRO items in a manufacturing environment. You will ensure cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality standards and inventory goals.

In this role, your expertise in materials purchasing will be utilized to expedite orders and manage procurement records. With an associate degree and 3-5 years of experience, you'll leverage your skills to evaluate supplier options, maintain accurate records, and monitor inventory levels effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite orders based on MRP messages and vendor reports

• Place, quote, reschedule, and cancel material orders

• Maintain procurement records in the MRP system

• Plan and monitor material movement through production

• Evaluate and source new suppliers for complex commodities

Requirements:

• Associate degree in a relevant field

• 3-5 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP systems

• Ability to read blueprints and drawings

• Strong understanding of purchasing methods
