Position: Assembler - Sewing Specialist Role

Reporting to the Line Leader, your position will involve performing sewing tasks ranging from simple stitching to advanced techniques like installing grommets and heat pressing. Effective communication with your team will be vital, as you'll conduct inspections for quality and may repair any units that do not meet standards. Attention to detail is key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines according to product specifications

• Set up equipment with required tools and attachments

• Execute sewing tasks like pockets and snap installations

• Conduct inline quality inspections of the finished products

• Ensure adherence to production targets while maintaining safety

Requirements:

• 13 months to 2 years of sewing experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Availability to work various shifts

• Positive attitude with attention to detail

• Basic math skills with fraction recognition
