Production Associate Soldering

Position: Full-Time Production Associate Soldering Role
Become a Production Associate with Adecco in Kanata, Ontario, focusing on the soldering and inspection of circuit boards. This full-time position demands high precision and adherence to quality standards.

As part of the manufacturing team, you will perform essential tasks in assembly and soldering, ensuring top-notch quality for electronic components. Candidates should possess strong soldering knowledge, particularly with fine-pitch components and understand IPC standards. The role includes operating specialized equipment and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and solder circuit boards and electronic components

• Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of products

• Keep accurate logs and production records

• Participate in health and safety compliance initiatives

• Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or Technician Diploma needed

• At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Must have IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications

• Experience with SMT and PTH component assembly required

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus necessary
