Location: Gusto TV Headquarters (Ottawa, ON).

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support our production team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations both in the office and on set. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager and Head of Production to keep schedules on track, facilitate communication, and manage key logistics.

• Coordinate and distribute call sheets, production schedules, scripts, and revisions
• Organize travel, accommodations, and transportation logistics
• Maintain production documents, crew lists, and contact databases
• Process onboarding paperwork, deal memos, etc.
• Support permitting, location coordination, and compliance requirements as needed
• Support office operations, including supplies and equipment rentals
• Assist with wrap procedures, ensuring necessary documentation is completed, submitted and filed
• Complete expense reports and track all receipts on an ongoing basis

• 1–3 years of experience in film or television production (or similar role)
• Strong understanding of on‑set operations and production workflows
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production tools
• Proficiency with AI platforms
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment

• Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling software
• Knowledge of on‑set health and safety protocols
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail
