In this crucial role, you will lead and mentor robotic assemblers and technicians on the production floor. Your responsibilities include ensuring high-quality workmanship, meeting production targets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will leverage your technical skills to troubleshoot and document issues while supporting assembly workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to the assembly team
• Ensure adherence to proper assembly workflows
• Participate in performance evaluations of staff
• Review manufacturing schedules for timely delivery
• Support repair estimates in collaboration with customer service
Requirements:
• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or equivalent
• 4-5 years’ experience in production settings
• Knowledge of MRP systems for operations
• Commitment to safe work practices and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
